Reminder: Clean Energy Alliance Town Hall Tonight, April 22

On April 1, the City flipped the switch, officially joining the Clean Energy Alliance (CEA). CEA is Vista's partner in meeting its Climate Action Plan goals as the new default energy provider for purchasing power. CEA offers increased local control and renewable energy options at competitive rates. On April 1, all Vista customers were enrolled at the Clean Impact Plus level, receiving 50% renewable and 75% carbon-free energy.

If you have questions about switching to CEA, including rates, you can attend tonight's virtual town hall:

This initiative was greenlit by the City Council, utilizing surplus funds from the 2022/23 fiscal year. The program is available to Vista residents who own property or have obtained permission from the property owner to plant a tree on the premises. The program is first-come, first-served, and available as long as the funds last.
