A MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

Dani_website.jpg

Greetings,

Most importantly, we here at AREA hope that you enjoyed a restful and thankful Memorial Day, commemorating those who died while serving in the U.S. military. As a community and a state with a significant military presence, we feel this impact every day.

It also marks the official beginning of summer!

I am pleased to share our Q1 2023 Report as part of this investor update, highlighting the significant level of local engagement that AREA has delivered while also aggressively pursuing the goals laid out in the AREA 1.0 Strategic Plan.

Regional alignment and involvement has remained top of mind. We have pushed forward in conversations related to the urban core - downtown Albuquerque - and at the same time, continued to pursue business retention, new lead generation, and project responses resulting in two significant job announcements.

Thank you for your ongoing support and engagement as we spend the summer looking to the horizon and focusing on top areas of impact.

With gratitude,
