What is the Youth Advisory Council?

The Youth Advisory Council (YAC) is a working committee made up of young leaders who are committed to criminal justice issues and improving police-community relations. What is expected of Youth Advisory Council Members?

Members will participate in regular meetings to advise the CCRB on how to improve relations between the NYPD and young New Yorkers.

How do I join the Youth Advisory Council?
