Ascension Saint Thomas Medical Mission at Home will take place June 29, 2024, at the Fairgrounds in Nashville. Medical Mission at Home is a day dedicated to providing access to healthcare for those in need.

Participants will receive free medical, dental, and vision care on a first-come, first-served basis from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
