We are so blessed to have great people in our office who work diligently each week to ensure that all our events are a success. In this and the upcoming American Inspirations, we plan to spotlight our office admins so that you can get to know a little more about them and the jobs they do at ADTS.

Ema Osborne Teter

American Administrative Assistant

Ema began working for ADTS in 2016, serving as a judge, instructor, and choreographer, and is now the full time Administrative Assistant.

Ema attended East View HS and served as a social officer, Jr. Lieutenant, and Captain of the Sparklers dance team, before graduating in 2016. Ema spent 2 years on the SFA Dance Team under the direction of T.J. Maple, and was also a member of the Repertory Dance Company. In December of 2019, she graduated Cum Laude from Stephen F. Austin State University after earning a Bachelorโ€™s degree in Dance Education.

After receiving her degree, Ema began teaching dance as an assistant director at a studio in Georgetown from 2019-2022.

Ema first began working part time in the American office as "Garage Girl" packing & loading supplies for contests in the Spring of 2020. She returned to the "Garage" in the Fall of 2022 before being invited on as full time administrative staff in the Fall of 2023.

Ema lives in Georgetown with her new husband, Tanner, and their two beloved cats, Mittsy & Bean. In her free time she enjoys watching movies, singing in her church choir, spending time with friends, & taking naps.

Thank you to all of our amazing Business Friends who support our events!

"I hope that in this year to come, you make mistakes. Because if you are making mistakes, then you are making new things, trying new things, learning, living, pushing yourself, changing yourself, changing your world. You're doing things you've never done before, and more importantly, you're doing something."
