Happy Holidays!

"Tis the season" to not only look back and reflect but to count our blessings and to give to those who need a bit of help and kindness.

I am so humbled and grateful for all of my amazing clients, friends and neighbors who have put their trust in me to help them with their real estate needs in 2023. Your referrals and listings have given me so much purpose and joy - thank you, thank you, thank you.

As I choose my charities to honor this year, I hope you will take a few minutes yourself to give back in anyway you can - helping a neighbor, a donation to a favorite charity and/or being there for someone going through a hard time.

May your holidays be filled with full bellies, kindness and song! Happy Holidays!

A few of my favorite charities:

Cycle for Survival

SATO Project

Meals on Wheels (they were so great to my grandparents)

15 Great Places to Eat Downtown

Greenwich Village extends from 14th Street to Houston Street on the north and south, from Broadway on the east to an elastic border on the west that falls somewhere between Seventh Avenue South and Sixth Avenue, depending on who you talk to.

SJP Reveals Her Top 10 Favorite Shops in the West Village

Sarah Jessica Parker is the consummate New York City resident—aside from her decades-long role as Carrie Bradshaw in Sex and the City and And Just Like That—she’s a longtime West Village local with a pulse on the stylish, the sensational and the essential.

She’s not only a performer, she’s a business owner here in the Big Apple and abroad. Her shoe shop, SJP, is located on Bleecker Street, after all. So she knows a thing or two about what makes a good NYC spot.

17 Holiday Pop-Up Bars in NYC This Year

As we near the holidays, we decided to put together a list of some of the most festive holiday-themed bar revamps around New York City. Each year various bars and restaurants go all out in holiday spirit decorations, transforming into magical winter wonderlands for a few months. Some rooftops become alpine lodges or igloos, while other spaces focus more on kitschy and colorful decor. However, the one thing they all have in common are their fun and festive cocktail offerings!

NYCs First Hanukkah Bar Returns

Right around the beginning to mid November NYC starts to look like Jolly Old Saint Nick took over, and it can be hard to find a glimpse of Hanukkah blue amidst the red and green.

NYC’s very own Hanukkah-themed bar, Maccabee Bar, is making its return! The spot was started in 2018 by award-winning bartender Naomi Levy when she saw a huge gap in the holiday market. She started Maccabee Bar as a Boston-based pop-up, making it possible for visitors to celebrate Hanukkah and Jewish culture in a welcoming space–regardless of what holiday they grew up celebrating!
