Dear Members,
The 4th English Sawakai took place on May 14th with thirteen members. Harry Sakamaki shared his business experiences in Tokyo along with the introduction of the computer in the 1960s while working at an American company; it was the dawn of the mainframe computers in Japan.
Next month's meeting will take place on Saturday, June 18th at 10:00 AM. Sachiko Houck and Keijiro Yamaguchi will invite our members and demonstrate the Japanese tea ceremony at a tea house. This will be the first in-person gathering since COVID pandemic; however participation by Zoom will also be available. We look forward to seeing you then.
